this is a letter writing set.
with original graphic art printed on one side to accompany your words.

the inspiration for this set:
i am part of an original work open mic called Howl at the Moon Writers Jam. we get together every month, and it's pretty great.
in January, we organized a larger event, the Urban Stories Festival. it was a lot of work, and also pretty great.
so, here we have a wolf on an urban stroll with the moon rising high behind him and a reminder to howl at the moon.

please select one of three options for paper:
spout-able wildflower seeded paper with ivory envelopes
handmade lotka paper (sans seeds) with ivory envelopes
or ultra-white 25% cotton with white envelopes

here is more detail about each option, below.

-the seeded handmade paper contains viable flower seeds that will sprout if planted in soil. seeds are a mix of annuals and perennials including snapdragons, petunias, asters, thyme, poppy, foxglove, chamomile, and more.
please anticipate a small degree of variation; the paper has a pleasing natural texture, and the sheets are cut by hand.

-the handmade lotka paper is a natural cream or ivory color. compared with the seeded paper, it also has a very slight gloss. otherwise, it is very similar. please anticipate a small degree of variation with this choice, as well; this paper also has a natural fibrous texture, and the sheets are cut by hand.

-the premium bright white paper can't claim the same rustic charm as the handmade options. however, it is much easier to write on it, because it is smooth as opposed to fibrous. it's a quality paper with a nice hand, and it prints with good color and contrast.

with all three paper options, the writing sheets are sized 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".
they fit folded once into an invitation size envelope.

each set comes with 10 writing sheets printed on one side
and 5 invitation envelopes in either ivory or white.

your writing set will arrive secured to card stock backing with dyed twine tied in a bow as pictured.
each writing set is wrapped in plain paper and supported with card stock for shipping and ships in a 6" x 9" envelope.
